This workshop is an opportunity to spend a few hours practicing new ways of relating and connecting. The relational field can become a shared space in which we discover the depths and mystery of who we are, and who the other person is. When we come together with a clear intention to pause, to listen deeply, to slow down, we co-create  a field of presence that is healing and transformational. As we learn to soften our defences and embody our vulnerability, we enter into ways  of being with each other we may never have imagined possible. We find out that it is possible to move from a sense of ‘I’ into a space of ‘We.’

You are wired for genuine connection-your whole being opens and rejoices when this happens. Your sense of who you are expands naturally into this larger space of we.  Your realize that you can actually touch the depths of your own heart and soul, through the intimate connections that happen in this space of presence.

When we remain open to ourselves and the people in our lives, when we no longer feel compelled to put people in boxes, our whole life changes. We begin living from a place where we can allow people to surprise us.  We realize that we are always much bigger than our ideas about ourselves, and so is everyone else. Our relationships become an adventure, a journey of discovery that never ends.

Our practices in this workshop will include embodied dyad and triad work, energy work, meditation, and inquiry.
